Korg Volca Modular and Friends part 1 (= Korg Volca Modular Complete part 7) is online now.

It´s about the Moog Werkstatt-01 (assembling, explaining some of the electronics, and patching), and about how well it fits in my modular hybrid synth system, and how nicely the (west coast) Volca Modular and the (east coast) Moog Werkstatt can make friends – in common and shared patches.

It´s halftime! 3 of 6 parts are online now. Part 3 explains and demonstrates the global parameters, i.e. synchronisation modes, auto-off function etc. Then I talk about (and shows!) how to use the modules “Woggle”, “Split” and “Utility”. The #Korg #Volca #Modular has a very special understanding of Noise. I´m showing you this in the video too. Old and New

After some cumbersome months (I´m not a web designer, I´m a sound designer and teacher) the new rofilm-media site is ready for public beta. The site is still under development – even if everything, that you´ll find at this site, on these pages here, is fully valid.

A new version of my website. What´s different now?

Well, most obviously it´s the look.

Not only the members of our rofilm-media.net community kept telling me, that the “retro” look of the “old” website had a “feeling of 1990”, what some of you liked, but most of you didn´t.
